Developed by French real estate developer Ecolocost in partnership with Schneider Electric in the Paris region, the Domaine d’Adèle is a new residential development designed to achieve the highest energy efficiency and carbon reduction targets at the price point of a monthly 1,100-euro mortgage payment per unit.

Each unit is equipped with six solar panels that are connected to energy management solution Wiser for efficient temperature control system and real-time tracking of energy consumption, which has been shown to reduce energy consumption by up to 50%.
